Leadership Enablement Program
Empowering Racialized Professionals · Fall 2026 Cohort
A structured, evidence-based 10-week developmental journey designed to accelerate the personal, professional, and leadership growth of professionals across Calgary's evolving labour market and energy sector.
The BridgeUp YYC LEP, developed and delivered by Kongnetiman & Associates Inc., integrates three interconnected developmental modalities to equip participants with the self-awareness, career clarity, leadership identity, and professional networks required to lead with confidence.
One-on-one guided conversations that surface your strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and build the self-awareness essential to effective leadership.
Knowledge transfer and applied skill-building from an experienced leader across municipal government, energy, and global consulting.
Active advocacy and employer-connected practice that opens doors, builds your professional network, and accelerates real-world opportunity.
